Thank you so much for your reply cj125. The vet did tell us to hold off on the local pet store puppy training class that we had enrolled in till the last set of shots are over (September 17) to avoid any infections from older dogs. After reading a lot lately about puppy socialization, I thought supervised walking would acclimate him to new sights and sounds. I will wait till his vaccinations are over now.
