take her to the vet; but i think she' s not tolerating the food. since she's vomiting the food too. iams is a very low quality food and has corn in it which can be very difficult for dogs to digest. you should think about switching her to a high quality wet food which is easier to digest. try wellness simple solution duck and rice or salmon and rice. good luck.
