Well, the literature says that after the embryos have implanted it is fine to give the rabies shot , but my self i would never do it, specially after day 50 as any distress can cause you girl to go into early labor...
i am glad to hear that you decided to wait.
Also , the recommendation is not to give vaccinations made with modified live virus to pregnant dogs, just so if you are curious.
