I've used Jerob's Cocoa Butter and Mink Oil Shampoo for 17 years on my 3 little ones. It is amazing! It is not specifically for allergies, but it is very conditioning for the skin. It has helped my friends' dogs that I have given it to who have problems with dry skin, hot spots, or allergies. It works great in the winter when their skin dries out from using heat. One of my yorkies had severe allergies, and it helped her with the dryness, but I also needed to use medicated shampoo from her doctor because her skin was swollen too due to allergies. We were trying many interventions to help her allergies. The shampoo is not readily available, so I order from the manufacturer, or you can order through Amazon or Cherrybrooke. Google it online. For three yorkies, a gallon lasted me years because it is so highly concentrated. This shampoo is great for all yorkies, whether they have problems with their skin or not. Their hair feels like silk and the skin is moisturized from it. I don't know anyone who I have given some to who hasn't loved it or had it help their baby. I wonder if they will send out samples, or if anyone really wants to try some, you can PM and I will give you a sample of mine. The breeder I got my girls from suggested that I use it, and I have used it ever since. I tried oatmeal shampoos but none worked as good as this. It used to be called House of Anju at one point but was sold to Jerob. They have many other grooming products for pets and show dogs.
