I've used Jerob's Cocoa Butter and Mink Oil Shampoo for many years. It definitely is very conditioning to the skin and hair, and it has helped anyone I have given it to whose baby had problems with itching not relating to allergies. It helped one of my little ones who had terrible allergies, but it didn't solve all of her itching. It smells great and leaves the hair silky. It isn't available many places, so I order it directly from the manufacturer. I hope you can find something to help your baby.
