Yes, when you file a formal complaint with the USPS the Postmaster of that branch will call you within 2 days. In the past 2 days I have files 4 complaints. On Thursday, they put a slip to pick up a shoe order and I called to complain because of the "due to construction" message. This has been on going. Then when I went to the post office this morning and had a huge argument again over my package. To top that all off, I get another slip in the mail today saying that this package was not delivered either!
So I guess I will be calling tomorrow to speak to Mr. Postmaster
