I can tell you this much: You said you are angry and I hope that does not mean you are yelling at her. If so, you are part of the problem, not part of the solution. If you are indeed yelling and that is why she is crouching, you really need to stop it now and start employing more positive ways of housebreaking. My guess is that she has NO clue what is expected of her .. and now when she eliminates she is afraid.
Start over now if this is the case.
