If they are allergic to dogs, then they are more than likely going to have some symptoms regardless to what kind of dog it is. Why would having to get rid of a "morkie" be better than having to get rid of any other dog? I can't fathom getting a dog and taking a chance on having to rehome it if chances are good that a family member will not be able to be around it. It's not fair to the dog, no matter what kind of dog it is.
