I had heard that ham and bacon were no no's.
We give pieces of shredded chicken, no skin. Frozen Green beans, carrots, cheerios. Scrambled egg. Bits of lowfat cheese.
Just remember that snacks count as part of their daily diet. I recommend portioning out exactly what she can have each day and when the bowl is empty- snacks are done till tomorrow.
