how does it work? i went to a local petco and they had microchipping offers for like $30 or so which includes "registeration". i looked up the local animal control department and they have low/no cost microchipping for a recommended $10 donation. do i still have to pay extra or something for it to be registered somewhere so that if bunjee got lost my info would be scanned?
