I have not used the product, but I have read here that some people had great success with it while others saw no improvement.

For my boys, changing their water source significantly reduced eye tear stains. I tried all kinds of water, including bottled, filtered, and plain tap water. We finally settled on spring water. Occasionally, we use Happy Tails eye pads to clean.

Certain foods can also be a source of tear stains. Kibbles that contain beet pulp or tomato pumice, for instance. Finding the right food to ward off the eye boogies is often a matter of trial and error.

Last but not least, keep the pup's face clean and dry and keep hair out of the eyes to reduce eye boogers and stains.
