Hi there,
My little Tootsy is extremely aggressive towards other dogs (cats, birds - anything apart from people! LOL!) and the only thing that stops her is an empty can with some pebbles inside, which I rattle if she starts to show aggression. It works like a dream. Now I just have to say ' there is going to be a loud noise if you don't stop' and she knows what this means and stops. You would just need to keep the can in a handy place and when you see the start of aggression just pick it up, or even just showing her the can will work, eventually.
Hope this works for you.

I, too, wouldn't let a Yorkie sleep outside. They are prey to foxes etc. I never let Tootsy outside at night on her own, as I know there are foxes about and I live in a town. They also feel the cold more than other dogs, due to the fact that they do not have an undercoat (I think that is what it is called) like other dogs. They are definitely inside dogs.

I hope one of the solutions YT offers will help to sort out your problem. Enjoy your little princess.

Hugs, Franceen
