I read the article and I am so torn, first reaction is those poor dogs and horses but then I got to the part where he had lost his wife and it is kind of obvious he needs some help.
My heart breaks for the little one they show on the website with so much hair you cannot see his face. I hope everyone, both human and canine involved gets the help they need.
