My Bella has always been a snore'er'.. is that a word..lol
Her's is positional. She also makes other noises when she is dreaming.
a rattle concerns me, but I would think if the dog had a lung issue..you would hear it all the time not just when sleeping. I would mention it on the next vet visit though
