Yeah, tried that.. put it on my headstone. soggy chicken. Deep frying works great. I just hate failing at something that every granny is supposed to be able to do. And I don't make chicken and dumplings.. I make chicken and doughballs.

Okay, agreed enough with the cooking channel.....
