wth is the secret? I can only make crispy fried chicken if I deep fry it. In the skillet it always comes out soggy. No matter what I do. I follow directions of everyone. Paula Deen, everyone. I'm midway through starting my second 1/2 century and I still can't skillet fry chicken...
