I just got the medium Snoozer for Jackson. I've started transitioning slow. He's always been allowed to just be free, and he always does a good job at staying in the back, but he also likes to put his top paws on my middle console with his back legs still on the back seat, if that makes sense. Which is so dangerous if we get into an accident (and we did 2 months ago-so lucky he was ok!) so I put the seat in the car, he checked it out, sniffed it, and I let him go at his own pace, I didn't immediately just stick him in the seat and buckle him in. He laid down in it voluntarily yesterday which was great, so I'll start the buckling in a few days. For now (we just got it a few days ago) he's still remained access to free roam in car but we have not gone far distances.
