Osman Sameja (Ozmilion Yorkshire Terriers) in England was a well known breeder, don't know if he still breeds.
When I was looking for a Yorkie last year I was looking for a Durrer line, but not sure how famous it is here, it is a Canadian line.
I am sure the breeders and those that show in here will have better info for you
