I agree that puppy
farm does not sound as bad as puppy
mill. There are people over here in the states that have defended "breeders" saying they are just a puppy farm, not a mill. HA, same thing!
The worst part in the states is in MO, puppymill capital of the world. Same thing, lots of open land, neighbors are far away, and the laws don't do enough to try and stop it. All the more important to try to get more people to sign!
