Thanks... I have to explain her name... It is from a child's book that I used to read when I was little. My grandma and mom both read them and I LOVED them when I was little. It is called Besty-Tacy by Maud Hart Lovelace.Its actually an entire series! They are the sweetest books! I always loved the character Tacy in the book and ever since I was a little girl I ALWAYS wanted to name my first dog Tacy.. I did alter the spelling a little but that is where her name came from
