I'll definitely be closing the account. But switching banks....that's part of my dilemma. I've been with this bank for over 20 years, and never had any problems...what you'd call a Happy Customer....up until now. I'm very disappointed but I don't know enough to know if this is common practice or not.
A friend suggested that I visit a couple of other banks and ask how they would handle this situation before I make any decisions to change. Has anyone else had this happen? How did your bank handle it.
Any suggestions on how I can get my money back? Like most people, I don't have $500 to lose....this reeeeaaaalllly puts me in a bind.
