Wow! Awesome Customer Service I have a Dyson Animal, and over the weekend my husband broke the belt (yes, he vacuums, LOL), so I called today to order a new belt fully expecting to have to pay for it. Dysons have an awesome warranty, 5 years, I think, but I didn't expect routine parts to be included. Not only did I not have to pay for anything, but they are sending along some other parts they say should be replaced based on the age of my Dyson (3 years, 4 months). I am so impressed.... I loved my Dyson before, but I love it even more now....
