Two of mine lift their paw if they hear a noise and are getting ready to run and check it out!! It's like the little "attention and get ready to run" stance. I'd love to see a picture of yours holding it's little paw up. I'll bet it's so cute!! I wouldn't worry too much about it if she runs and plays ok.
