I have a similar problem with my Farrah. She eats every day at 8am. Then poops some time around 2:30-3:30 and then again about an hour or so later. This is brand new. Prior she was all over the map even though I feed her once a day.
She still "saves" some for overnight because 9 out of 10 nights I will wake up to find poop in the crate and her sleeping on it. Joyful I know.
Do you feed your pup once a day? That might help. Also limit freedom in the home to an x-pen.
