I don't believe she took the puppy to the vet for the ringworm or got medical advice from a vet concerning it. I think she just treated your puppy herself.
If she had done any research on ringworm on the net, she would have know it wouldn't be enough. She has a HUGE problem on
her hands if she is breeding dogs and selling them. I just don't think she is doing enough to treat the animals and prevent other households from getting ringworm.
The AKC papers shouldn't take long at all. She can register the puppy online. She should have already done that, frankly, and given you the paperwork when you bought the puppy to transfer the registration to your name.
How did you find this breeder, if you don't mind my asking? Is she responsible enough to offer to help with the vet bills you've incurred now because of this?
