The only time my vet was called was when I was going to foster. The broker I bought them from did not call. (I had never heard the word broker in reference to dogs until I came to YT, poor excuse I know, but like a lot of other stupid people, I thought you just went and bought the kind of dog you wanted). It would not bother me if anyone called my vet. They would find out that my puppies are up to date on their vaccinations, that they get checked for heart worms on a regular basis, they get fecal checks on a regular basis as well. I don't know if this is necessary but the way mine eat the dried worms and all the bugs they can find, this is ok with me. I take mine in if they don't play fetch like I think they should.
