Does anyone have any experience with their Yorkie and IBD? We are now on Tylosin and Prednisone plus some OTC gastro meds. He is also on B12 shots once a week. Our next step is a complete diet change and after that a possible colonoscopy. I want to try to avoid anything that is invasive until the last choice.
