Stainless steels are noted for their solidity. Stainless steel is difficult to clean because streaks and fingerprints show up easily. It is a good thing that stainless steel still responds to cleaning, and it never wears out-as long as you follow directions. Contamination of dirt causes the corrosion of stainless steel. Hence, cleaning your appliances routinely can preserve the integrity of the surface and the stainless steel appearance. Use glass cleaner or baby oil to remove fingerprints. Make sure that you rinse them thoroughly and always shine with a dry paper towel. There are also stainless steel cleaners on the market that you can use. Just follow the directions provided with the product to get the best results.
