I've never had a problem with ours tipping. It's the Pet Gear AT3, and you have the option of locking the front wheel. I actually think it's easier to manuever in crowds with the 3 wheels.

I've been eyeing some of the zebra print ones on eBay. I really like the idea of the "bar" in front for when I keep the stroller open. Probably not as discrete as the blue one they have now though.
