I totally agree. My girls are in the Ruff Ruff Couture Ellie dress today actually. Oscar Newman comes to mind as well. My girls have some beautiful coats, sweaters and dresses from Oscar Newman, and you really can see a difference in quailty. You really can't put a price on custom made clothing that fits them well too, especially if you have a pup that often falls between sizes like I do.
I also dress my girls everyday, but if they had beautiful silk coats I think I'd like them naked more often.
The other thing is unlike children once your dog is an adult they typically don't outgrow their clothes every year, so they can be worn for a long time.
