My Zoey prefers to do her stuff on her pee pads. We stay outside for a long time and she will hold it until we get inside. If we go to the park she will pee and sometimes poop. I think it has to do with how you start them off the day you bring them home. Mine is almost 8 mos now so it's a little too late.
