I always love to recommend Orijen and Acana, both made by Champion, and excellent foods, in my opinion. You can watch the main video on their site (Champion Petfoods | Home) and I have to say, my dog eats better than I do! LOL. I feed both Orijen Adult and Acana Grasslands with great results. Check out the ingredients in Orijen and compare it to Beneful, for example! It's easy to see the difference. Check out all the meat content (in bold) Awesome food.

These are the ingredients to Orijen Adult;
Fresh deboned chicken, chicken meal, turkey meal, russet potato, fresh deboned pacific salmon (a natural source of DHA and EPA), herring meal, sweet potato, peas, fresh deboned lake whitefish, fresh deboned northern walleye, chicken fat (naturally preserved with vitamin E and citric acid), chicken liver, salmon meal, fresh deboned turkey, fresh whole eggs, fresh deboned herring, sun-cured alfalfa, salmon oil, chicory root, dehydrated organic kelp, pumpkin, carrots, spinach, turnip greens, apples, cranberries, saskatoon berries...

I also really like Go! Endurance, Nature's Variety Instinct, etc.

Bottom line though is that every dog does well on something different, and you need to find what works for individual dogs. You will always hear pros/cons of nearly every food out there so you just need to do your research and what is best for you dog!
