Did your vet say anything else? Suggest bloodwork? Diarrhea in a puppy that young can be dangerous... even life threatening. I would get a second opinion with a different vet, asap. In the meantime, you can add about a teaspoon of plain canned pumpkin (not pie mix) to her food... it will help stop the diarrhea. (works on constipation too)
How long has she been in your care? Has there been any diet changes recently? Sometimes Giardia is hard to see in a fecal because it may only shed and come out every 3-4 days. Good way to collect a sample is to get a sampling each day for three consecutive days, just store it in the refrigerator (do not freeze it) in a double baggie in between then have it tested.
I would also call the breeder to see if any littermates have come down with anything and what would the breeder suggest you do.
With the onset of her vomiting though... I don't think I would wait to have her seen by another vet. Puppies that young can go down very quickly. Maybe even take her to an ER tonight.
