We went for a follow up today and they are just thrilled with how Max is doing. Even though he still has focal seizures, they don't believe it is affecting him health-wise. It's still a bit scary to watch, but we are getting used to it.
His blood work will come back in a few days, which will tell us how the medication is doing in his system.
The vet said he's very healthy and in great physical shape. He is 5.4 pounds
and they say he's going to be REALLY TALL! Because he is growing so fast and so big, I'm going to have to continue going back to LSU to test his levels. They just adore him there and the vet asked if she could take him home.
