Give it a couple weeks, it has probably already infected your other pets, or will if you don't have the puppy quarantined.
I brought a kitten home from the shelter with it, although he had no apparent rash and all my pets, three other cats, nine dogs and my mother and myself all got it. Even my sister got it who came to visit and a friend of mine. You are in for a nightmare! Certainly a huge hassle and all your pets will need to be treated. You must keep your home vaccumed, and change your air filters several times. It truly sucks!
Good luck, I think you should call the breeder and she should reimburse you for some of the expense you WILL have. She should not have sold you the puppy until the ringworm was totally treated and gone.
