In 2008, one of my neighbors was in her yard with her dog. Another neighbor SHOT the dog! Thankfully, the dog received only minor wounds and survived. He said the dog charged at him while he was walking, the dog was a puppy and on a long lead.

Today, that man was found GUILTY on all 4 counts against him:aggravated cruelty to animals, disorderly conduct, reckless conduct and discharging a firearm from a public road!

The aggravated cruelty charge is a felony- he'll be sentenced next month.
