okay so here is the story...when i got my new puppy the breeder(who was a very nice lady, by the way) told me he was getting over ringworm around his eye...and the hair is growing back...said he got it from a lady who had come to see the puppies and she had it and gave it to my pup. so now i noticed it behind his ear and neck...and she said to use athletes foot cream...because thats what her vet told her...and to dip him...she had been treating him for 3 weeks already...i called my vet and he said its contagious...but is that only for dogs or us also. I know that lady gave it to him but can he infect my other dogs and my family as well? what do you recommend i tell the breeder? will this go away?
