I didn't post anything about a pure Biewer, but I would assume that they are referring to a Biewer dam and a Biewer sire? There is a lot of controversy about breeding a Biewer to a Yorkie, or a Biewer to a Parti. There are pros and cons to each side of the argument. Breeding a Biewer to a Biewer focuses more on the appearance, and people in favor of "crossbreeding" (but they are all Yorkies) focus on improving the health.
