 New puppy timing?
I had been under the assumption that it would be better to bring a new puppy home when the kids are out of school and I could take some vacation to spend time with the new family member getting the puppy acclimated to everyone and the new location. But then I just read on a breeder's website that they feel it is better to bring the puppy home and go right to the regular routine, i.e., work and school (which would be 9 months out of the year). Any thoughts? |
