You know, I was going to leave this alone but when I saw this this morning, I just couldn't.
You came on here, knowing FULL WELL that people would tell you that you need to get your dogs fixed. We've given resources and different ways to help and you've ignored them, saying that we're being judgemental and rude because it's not the advice that you want.
Your female went into heat, your male noticed. Their dynamic as a 'couple of dogs' in your household has completely changed. He now KNOWS that she's a female and ready and nature has told him to, please, step up to the plate. This behavior isn't going to go away AT LEAST until after they're fixed. Then, he'll still probably try to hump her.
It makes me very frustrated when people come on here saying, "Oh, I have to intact dogs and the male keeps trying to hump the female... How can I prevent it? Why are they acting differently?" And then they get mad when you answer their questions. This forum isn't about being judgemental. It's about being helpful and being honest. When you want lies, go find somewhere else to whine. We've heard enough.
