I have 9 yorkies, and they often do what is called a "reverse sneeze". They will start to breathe rather loudly, and make somewhat of a "honking" noise. It is very scary to see them do this, for it seems like they are in a lot of distress. But I have been told by a couple of vets that this is what is happening. But after they are over their reverse sneeze episode, they usually act normal. Since your yorkie is still acting strange, I would definitely let the vet know that something is not right. They will probably recommend blood work, and possibly an xray.
