Sorry that your baby has problem.
I met this couple who had same problem with their baby in vet's office last week.
He had problem digesting protein, so he had to be in special diet.
I do agree on probiotics, it is good for over all dog's digestive system.
I use holistic ACIDOPHILUS. I think it's best to take him to the vet to be sure.
