Those will not work for biting, and all you are doing is adding to it. He needs to know what the know word means. Now be gentle when trying this..and I am not legally liable. Hold the Dog on your lap, firmly with one arm/hand on your lap. Now takj your other hand and place it right behind the ears and grap the loose skin between the nexk and head, and pull back until the dog yelps, all the wile, calmly saying No no no no no no no.It will take a few sessions. Remember, small little dog, so not a lot of forcesqueezing and pulling back...

Get a qualified trainer. Some might say get a can filled with rocks and shake it when he nops, or a small spray of water in the face when he bits, but he needs to lean that no means no.
