I've taken Uni before, to Excalibur, talk about high end LOL. We didn't have any problems. It was during MAGIC and Vegas is always packed during their shows. They don't allow pets either but we did it anyway. Would I do it again? Probably not. I'd just find a pet friendly place. Most motels and lower end places are ok with it and have a relatively low pet fee.

I have stayed at Bellagio before though, and it is nice, but nothing sooo special about it that I would demand to stay there everytime I was in Vegas. The buffet is nothing to write home about either.

I did have Uni in a carrier and walked around the mall for a few hours. Uni kept quiet and in return no one hassled me. Not even sure if the mall allows pets in there (Fashion Show mall). I wouldn't walk Thor outside though, esp not now, it's way too hot. The streets will burn up Thor's pads in a second. Even if you carry him, just being outside is way too hot.
