Maybe you should have a vet check him out. If there's no illness, then try sprinkle his food with dog probiotics. My baby had sensitive stomach with diarrhea/vomiting whenever he eats snail, worms, etc. he found in the yard. Sometimes it got so bad that I thought he is going to die on me. However, after his vet pronounced his perfectly healthy and with sensitive stomach, I started him on probiotics on the suggestion of a friend who give her toddler probiotics for stomach issues. There are ones specially formulated for dogs. Comes in a capsule and you just open up and sprinkle on his food. No more episodes since then, even when he picnic in the yard or decide to become a wood chipper by eating the furniture.
