well my puppy nibbles on me, but lick others. he knows that I am boss, maybe ur puppy is testing his alpha with you, to understand your limit, and who is boss, etc. I usually gently tap my pup on nose & say no & give him toy to chew & say yes chew! he improved that greatly. He just barely 3 months old.
