I am probably no help because Stewie had urinary tract surgery and I believe that his rare problem had something to do w/ him not being "100%" potty trained, but he was all fixed up and as good as new @ his one-year bday and his pottying-in-the-right-place has all fallen into place since then. He's 14 mos now
