Do not feel alone, as I am the same way. Once there has been a recall, or even if you have worked in the food industry, you never really look at food the same way! I use to love to eat out, however, now it just gives me the Heeby-jeebies. I am always looking at everything I buy at the market, reading where it came from, the nutritional labels, who distributes it, and wondering if I can remember if there ever was a recall. Honeslty, it takes me forever to shop anymore!
