I've collected stories from a variety of places, some from Chicken Soup for the Soul books and others from doing a bit of research. Layla's story would be one I know my high school students would love, just as I have loved reading every post on this thread since it began.

ABSOLUTELY! As I've said before, if this had to happen for any reason, I want her story to be out. I'd love for her to give hope to other people just as she's given so much hope and inspiration to Scott and I and everyone who has met her.
