I hope your baby is ok.
Small babies like him has very sensitive tummy and he might have eaten something that belongs to your friend's dog. With diarrhea, his body gets dehydrated fast, so if you can buy some pedialyte and let him drink it instead of water. Also, if you can find glucose gel, give him about 1/2 tsp every 3-4hrs. If you can't find it, nutri-cal will do as well to pucker up his sugar level. And feeding just chicken breast with plain oatmeal and some pumpkin puree will help to stop his diarrhea. I'm not an expert, but these help me most of the times when my babies have same problem. Best thing is ofcourse, to go the vet asap. Hope everything is well with your little baby!
